Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States.

Returns

Item eligible for returns must be unused and still have original packaging. Threads purchased from Point on Piccadilly only can be eligible for return.

No Returns on Canvases. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

All Sale items purchases are final. 

Finishing on items are at customers own risk. 

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
